Approval of the Public Notice for the acquisition of expressions of interest for the purpose of appointing the Monocratic Member of the Evaluation Committee HAVING REGARD to the resolution of the City Council no. 44 of 28/12/2023, enforceable in accordance with the law, with which the DUPS 2024/2026 was approved; HAVING REGARD to the resolution of the City Council no. 45 of 28/12/2023 enforceable in accordance with the law, with which the 2024/2026 financial forecast budget was approved; HAVING REGARD to the executive resolution of the Municipal Council no. 4 of 31/01/2024, with which the PEG 2024/2026 was approved; HAVING REGARD to the resolution of the Municipal Council no. 7 of 07/03/2019, enforceable in accordance with the law, on the subject of "approval of evaluation and performance methodologies"; HAVING REGARD to the resolution of the Municipal Council no. 24 of 20/03/2024 on the subject "Act of direction for the appointment of the evaluation unit, monocratic composition" HAVING REGARD to the Municipal Regulation on the general organization of offices and services approved by resolution of the Municipal Council no. 19 of 23/02/1998 and subsequent amendments; - Legislative Decree no. 150/2009 relating to the optimisation of the productivity of public work, which in art. 7 and 14, provided for the possibility for Local Authorities to establish, in place of the Evaluation Unit, the Independent Performance Evaluation Body with new tasks and responsibilities; COPY ACKNOWLEDGED THAT THE MEMBER OF THE Evaluation Committee, composed of a single judge, is appointed by the Statutory Auditor after a comparative procedure, from among the subjects in possession of the required requirements; TAKING INTO ACCOUNT that the appointment has a three-year duration, renewable only once and for the same period; CONSIDERING the need to proceed with the appointment of the member of the Evaluation Committee, after completion of a comparative procedure through evaluation through evaluation of the candidates' curricula and possibly subsequent interview; HAVING REGARD to the public notice scheme for the acquisition of expressions of interest for the purpose of appointing the member of the Evaluation Committee, in monocratic composition, for a three-year period and the related documentation of participation (application for expression of interest, declaration in lieu of notoriety relating to the possession of the participation requirements) to be considered as integral and substantial parts of this measure; NOTING that the resources available annually as compensation for the member of the Evaluation Committee, monocratic composition, amount to € 1000.00 (one thousand.00) all-inclusive, which are covered by the 2024/2026 financial budget, chapter 1010; DETERMINE 1. TO RECALL the preamble to be an integral and substantial part; 2. To PROCEED with the completion of the comparative procedure regarding the appointment of the Independent Evaluation Body; 3. To APPROVE the public notice for expression of interest aimed at identifying the monocratic component of the OIV and the related
