Payments can be made using the F24 form and indicating the tax codes relating to the IMU.
AIRE
Italian citizens residing abroad and registered with AIRE are subject to IMU. Law 160/2019 no longer provides for any possibility of assimilation to a main home for properties owned by Italian citizens residing abroad and registered with AIRE, already retired in their respective countries of residence.
TASI
As of 2020, tasi is abolished.
With the Budget Law (160/2019) from 1st January 2020, the TASI was repealed and the new IMU was established which incorporates the previous TASI by simplifying the management of local taxes.
